Barbed threads are meant to lift without volumizing like a hyaluronic acid filler. Lifting threads can be placed to lift the eyebrows, lift the cheeks, lift the jowls, or lift the neck.
The treatment involves inserting the threads into the skin using a small needle. The threads are then tightened to lift and firm the skin. Over time, the threads dissolve, leaving behind a matrix of collagen that supports the skin and provides long-lasting results.
